This Conflict Resolution Certified Specialist Program for Organizational Trainers thoroughly prepares HR professionals and other leaders of organizational training and development, coaches and/or consultants, external leadership and organizational trainers who want to provide professional training and certification in designing positive workplace culture, resolving conflict and other core competency skills in the Workplace.

 

Many people, even some trainers, are not aware that Conflict Resolution and Mediation are in fact, two different, albeit sometimes inter-related things. Organizational trainers must know BOTH to be effective.

 

Becoming a Specialist means that you are skilled in all core competencies necessary to resolve and de-escalate conflict as well as mediate disputes.

Employees want to know how to resolve conflict. So, providing professional development skills for resolving conflict, de-escalating conflict and mediating disputes is an excellent option that benefits both the employee and their organization.

 

While Conflict Resolution and Mediation in the Workplace are critical core competencies for organizational trainers today, additional skills are essential to developing positive organizational culture and building an engaged, productive workforce. We refer to these additional critical skills as Core Competency Skills.

Our Trainer Certification Program provides training in both Conflict Resolution and Mediation in the Workplace, but additionally provides other necessary core competencies, including Conflict De-escalation Skills, Facilitation Skills (for leading discussions in small and large groups, Leading Difficult Conversations, and Self-awareness in the Workplace (empathy, mindful decision-making, social and emotional intelligence.) These core competencies work in synchrony to provide the Trainer with a critical, well-rounded approach, without which, trainers will not be fully competent to teach others.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

This Trainer Certification program is designed for professionals who want to provide professional training to organizational leaders, managers and other employees in workplace mediation, conflict resolution and other core competency skills.

 

All of the skills taught in this program are necessary and essential for Top Tier Trainers to help organizational stakeholders build upon or develop positive organizational culture, a critical requirement for attracting and retaining top talent today.

 

This comprehensive, all-inclusive program incorporates all of the essential skills necessary for successful training in this growing area.  Graduates are Certified Workplace Trainers (CWTs) with the training and core competency skills necessary for teaching others how to Mediate and Resolve Workplace Conflict, how to De-escalate Conflict when it arises, how to Facilitate small and large group discussions, how to Lead Difficult Conversations, how to use Self-awareness in the Workplace: empathy, mindful decision-making, social and emotional intelligence to influence behavior and build positive organizational culture.

 

Core competencies work in synchrony to provide the Certified Workplace Trainer with a crucial, well-rounded approach, without which, trainers simply cannot be fully competent to teach others

  • 6 Days live, on-site (6 daily in-class hours plus 4 outside assignment hours)

  • 8 Weeks live, online (4.5 weekly class hours plus 4 outside assignment hours)
